(“Trevarx,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information collected through the website operated by Trevarx, including any webpages, content, contact forms, materials, and other online features that link to or display this Privacy Policy.

1.  Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information.

Information You Provide Directly

If you submit a contact form or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, title, affiliation, country or region, and message content.

Business Contact Information

We may collect and maintain contact information relating to investors, collaborators, vendors, advisors, consultants, service providers, scientific professionals, business-development contacts, or other corporate stakeholders.

2.  Contact Forms and Google Sheets

If you submit an inquiry through the Site, the information you provide may be routed to Trevarx personnel, including the Chief Executive Officer, and may be stored or organized using Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets.

Trevarx may use that information to review and respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, manage follow-up communications, and support internal business operations.

3.  HubSpot

Trevarx may use HubSpot or similar customer-relationship-management tools to manage contact information, organize business inquiries, track communications, and support business-development, investor-relations, or corporate communications.

Trevarx does not use HubSpot for remarketing or targeted advertising unless expressly disclosed in an updated policy.

4.  How We Use Information

We may use information collected through the Site to:

  • respond to inquiries;
  • communicate with investors, collaborators, vendors, advisors, consultants, and other business contacts;
  • evaluate potential business-development or collaboration opportunities;
  • maintain internal business records;
  • operate, secure, improve, and maintain the Site;
  • manage legal, regulatory, compliance, and corporate obligations;
  • protect the rights, safety, and security of Trevarx, Site users, and others; and
  • enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not use the Site to provide medical advice or patient services.

5.  No Patient or Medical Information

The Site is not intended to collect patient information, personal health information, adverse event reports, medical histories, treatment information, or other sensitive health information. Please do not submit such information through the Site.

If Trevarx receives information that appears to involve medical, patient, or safety-related matters, Trevarx may handle, redirect, delete, retain, or forward the information as appropriate under applicable law and internal procedures, even if it was submitted contrary to these instructions.

6.  No Advertising or Remarketing

Trevarx does not currently run paid advertising through the Site, display third-party ads on the Site, or use remarketing pixels or targeted advertising tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, or similar technologies.

If Trevarx changes its practices in the future, it will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for website functionality, security, performance, or basic operation. Trevarx does not currently intend to use cookies for behavioral advertising or remarketing.

If the Site uses analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, Trevarx will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide appropriate notice or consent mechanisms.

8.  How We Share Information

Trevarx may share information with:

  • service providers that support website hosting, contact forms, email, cloud storage, CRM, security, analytics, or business operations;

You may contact Trevarx to request that we update, correct, or delete contact information you previously provided, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, business, and recordkeeping requirements.
